Class Structure: Primary Classeslaura-bouquet

(3 weeks, 3 days per week, each period)

Halls Atlanta Floral Design School utilizes a fresh approach to teaching the intricacies of floral design. We offer a “hands–on” building class, with each student completing two to three arrangements per day. Intensive training sessions, integrated with a higher teacher-to-student ratio, and a progressive class structure, will allow students to advance rapidly.

  • All materials are provided by the established tuition, including fresh floral product, tools, preps, literature, and containers.
  • All arrangements and materials will go home with the students daily, after instructor’s review and grading.
  • Classes will be held Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, repeating for the three week class duration.
  • All classes will begin promptly at 9:00am, with demonstration and lab sessions. Classes will end at approximately 1pm (based on class speed).
  • Curriculum will be based on published curriculum outline, led by an expert instructor, with flexibility for questions and student input.
  • Classes are conducted in the round, with the instructor demonstrating, and then the students building.
  • $500.00 retainer (due upon registration / non-refundable) applies directly to the total tuition.
  • HAFDS reserves the rights to cancel, postpone, or reschedule classes, based on participation levels, weather constrictions, or instructor illnesses. (extremely rare)
  • HAFDS will notify all registered students if there is any change in schedule.
